This page explains what My Server & Me collects when you visit this site or join the waitlist, and what we do with it.

Who we are

My Server & Me is a product of Malon Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, and Malon Labs LLC is responsible for the information described here. Our address is:

What we collect

• Your email address, if you join the waitlist. We use it only to send the launch date, early pricing and updates about the course. We also record when you asked to join and when you confirmed your address.
• Basic technical data that any web server receives, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Our hosting and Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site, process this to deliver the page and keep it secure.

We do not set cookies ourselves, and we do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

How joining the waitlist works

When you submit your email address, we save it in a database on our own server and send you a confirmation email. You are added to the list only after you click the link in that email. We use your consent as the basis for sending you emails, and you can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link that every email includes.

Who else handles your data

• Resend delivers our emails. It receives your email address and the content of the messages we send you, and it records delivery information such as whether a message was delivered. Resend is a United States company, so your email address may be processed in the United States. Its own privacy policy describes how it handles that data.
• Cloudflare sits in front of this site to deliver it and keep it secure.
• Fontshare and unpkg serve the fonts and icons that your browser loads to display the page. They can see your IP address when your browser requests the files.

We do not sell your email address or share it for advertising.

Children

This site and the waitlist are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist emails until the course has launched and the launch emails have been sent, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.

Your choices

• You can unsubscribe from any email we send.
• You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us below.
