These terms cover your use of this website and the waitlist. My Server & Me is a product of Malon Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. A separate agreement will apply when the course itself is sold.

The site and the course

The course is in development. Dates, modules, labs and pricing described on this site may change before launch, and joining the waitlist does not commit you or us to anything.

Educational content only

The lessons and labs are for education. They are written to be practiced on virtual machines on your own computer. Commands can change or erase data on a system, so run them only on systems you own or are allowed to change, and keep backups. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by following them on other systems.

Certificate

The course certificate is a certificate of completion issued by My Server & Me. It is not an accredited qualification or an industry certification.

Our content

The text, lessons, templates and images on this site belong to My Server & Me. You may read them and link to them. Please do not copy or republish them without permission. Images on this site are AI-generated illustrations.

No warranty

We work to keep the content accurate, but it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
